Overview

We are seeking reliable and experienced Box Truck Drivers for flexible shifts, including local and OTR (Over-The-Road) routes. Responsibilities

  • Safely operate box trucks for local deliveries and OTR routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Load and unload cargo using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary
  • Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, ensuring a positive experience for clients
  • Assist with warehouse activities including moving goods, organizing inventory, and preparing shipments
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance
  • Handle heavy lifting when necessary to load or unload items safely
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch teams

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with box trucks or similar vehicles
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is a plus
  • Experience with route driving, load & unload procedures, and heavy lifting tasks
  • Warehouse experience including familiarity with forklifts and pallet jacks is desirable
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform moving tasks safely
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including local routes and OTR assignments as needed
  • Reliable transportation to reach the work site and start shifts promptly
