Child and Family Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Mental Health Clinician to join our Intake team. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Our ideal candidate would have the ability and flexibility to travel to any of our four sites; New London, Groton, Pawcatuck, and Westbrook.

Biopsychosocial Assessments
Treatment Planning
Recommendations
Clinical Documentation
Collaboration and Coordination
Crisis Intervention
Qualifications:Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
Current state licensure as a (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or license eligible.
At least 2 years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, including diagnostic and biopsychosocial assessments.
Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and best practices.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Salary range: $60,000-$65,000.
