We are looking for a skilled and reliable CNC Machinist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who can independently set up and operate CNC lathes and mills and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently set up, program, and operate CNC lathes and mills (Mazak and Haas equipment).
  • Complete parts from start to finish, maintaining tight tolerances and high quality.
  • Control and adjust machine settings as required to ensure precision.
  • Perform daily machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.).
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
  • Assist with machine shop workflow and priorities, including quality control spot checks.
  • Adapt to schedule changes – the workweek may fluctuate based on production needs.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with horizontal machining centers and/or pallet systems is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of machining best practices, tooling, and cutting parameters.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on the fly.
