Remote work abstracting for WHW Get with the Guidelines Heart Failure Registry for OMH and WMH

What You Will Do
Responsible for abstraction and/or reporting of quality measures to meet identified organizational needs and goals for ProHealth Care. The individual will also be responsible for supporting clinical decision making through established teams and the analysis of clinical benchmarking data (in compliance with the philosophy, policies, procedures, goals and budget of the organization).

What You Will Need

  • Registered Health Information Admin (RHIA), Registered Health Information Tech (RHIT), and Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHA) preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other healthcare-related or technical field.
  • Knowledge of data collection, submission and analysis.
  • For data analyst roles that involve management of a database or use of a particular tool, experience with that tool or database preferred.
  • For data analyst roles that involve regulatory requirements (such as Core Measures or Meaningful Use) experience in completing data submission to a federal or state program required.
  • For data analyst roles in specialty-specific databases, past nursing or data collection experience in that subject matter area strongly preferred.
