We are looking for an enthusiastic Field Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of outside marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. A FMS should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, event coordination, and logistics. The goal is to deliver effective outside marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
  • Research market to identify new opportunities
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (generating referrals, events planning, creating a positive brand image etc.)
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales and other internal professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
  • Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
  • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
  • Increase the brand awareness of Ideal Nutrition in the community by directly engaging with customers to drive sales and web traffic through and generate leads by collecting all relevant customer data such as name/phone/email.
  • Setting up and scheduling events, demos & market blitz's weekly and using your office time to do so.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (CRM) and applications (Mile IQ)
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly without assistance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Weekend flexibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,900.00 per year
