As a Security Guard - Healthcare Roving Patrol in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a leading healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report any unusual circumstances.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and verifying identification as required.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or emergency personnel as situations arise.
• Document all incidents and security-related activities according to Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Hospital employees must provide proof of vaccination.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
