Compensation:

$75,000 plus bonus potential

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek new business using marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other methods
  • Examine market trends to establish pricing that balances costs, competition, and supply and demand
  • Achieve sales team goals and yearly sales targets and plan and implement short and long-term marketing plans
  • Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance
  • Write comprehensive and precise sales reports showing the financial statements for sales promotion, direct sales, and outline of marketing plans

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with some experience in a sales management role
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or hospitality
