Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant & Bar Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold high standards of service and hospitality. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, hands-on management style, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of both restaurant and bar areas
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to ensure top-tier customer service
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control for food, beverages, and supplies
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Support event nights, happy hours, and promotional activities
  • Monitor sales performance and contribute ideas to drive revenue
  • Ensure cleanliness, ambiance, and service standards are consistently met

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and food service best practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, late-night environment
  • Flexible schedule (nights and weekends required)
  • POS and inventory management experience preferred
