Do you love coaching and want to help people feel strong, confident, and unstoppable?

2PiFit is hiring a coach for our early morning sessions—someone who's got experience and can hit the ground running. We're not looking for someone brand new.

We're looking for a coach who's led sessions before, can command a room, and knows how to connect with real people—not just count reps.

2PiFit is Medina County's go-to strength and conditioning studio for busy professionals and women over 40 who want to lose fat, gain strength, relieve stress, and build sustainable health habits.

We combine strength training, mobility, interval training, and nutrition coaching in a supportive, fun environment that gets results. Our mission is to educate, inspire, and empower our clients to feel and look their best—and we've built a community that people stick with.

Who You Are

You've got 1–3 years of coaching experience (in-person, small group or semi-private preferred). You're passionate about helping others, and confident in your ability to modify exercises on the fly, cue great form, and keep clients engaged.

You're not just showing up to coach. You're showing up to connect, motivate, and make an impact.

What You'll Own

Lead small group and private training sessions with energy, clarity, and purpose
 Perform assessments and track progress (fitness, nutrition, lifestyle)
 Deliver feedback and modifications based on client goals, injuries, and preferences
 Educate clients on sustainable fitness, nutrition, and habit-building strategies
 Help clients stay accountable—and celebrate their wins
 

What Success Looks Like

85% or higher client renewal & upgrade rate
 90% client attendance rate
 Monthly client testimonials or referrals 

What We're Looking For

Required:

NASM (or equivalent CPT) or degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology
 1–3 years of coaching experience
 CPR/AED certified
 Experience coaching small groups or semi-private sessions
 Nutrition coaching certification (PN1 or similar) or relevant experience

Bonus points for:

Sales or client relationship experience
 Familiarity with BridgeAthletic, WellnessLiving, and Google Drive
 NASM CES, PES, or similar specialties
