Overview
Job Description
BryceTech is seeking a Tasking and Tracking Administrator to support the International Trade Administration's (ITA) Industry and Analysis (I&A) Office of Analysis and Strategy (OAS). The Administrator will manage the flow of internal and external communications, including memoranda, briefing papers, and other taskings, using government systems. This role requires strong organizational and research skills to ensure timely tracking, assignment, and resolution of documentation and requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the government's proprietary tasking system to manage the flow, assignment, and tracking of documents and tasks.
- Monitor and track internal and external communications, including leadership review memoranda (LRMs), briefing papers, and correspondence.
- Conduct independent research on current processes to identify improvements in tasking and tracking workflows.
- Support the OAS Director and staff by ensuring accurate and timely task assignments and follow-ups.
- Maintain organized records of task statuses, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Ensure all tasking and tracking activities are conducted in compliance with ITA standards and requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports on tasking progress and completion.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in administrative coordination, task management, or document tracking.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and records.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience supporting federal task management or administrative processes.
- Familiarity with proprietary or government tasking and document tracking systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to recommend workflow improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with staff and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
