Clutch is looking for an experienced
Graphic/Production Designer
for a client of ours.

Responsibilities

  • Design & Production: Execute a high volume of production-ready files for both digital and print media, ensuring all technical specifications (bleed, trim, color modes, resolution) are met flawlessly.
  • Vector Mastery: Design, manipulate, and finalize 100% scalable vector graphics, including logos, complex icons, graphics, etc.
  • Illustration: Utilize strong illustration skills to create original, compelling artwork and custom visuals that align with the brand's strategic goals and aesthetic.
  • Brand Adherence: Act as a brand gatekeeper, strictly applying and enforcing brand guidelines, typography, and visual standards across all produced collateral.
  • File Management: Organize, maintain, and archive all creative assets, ensuring strict version control and easy accessibility within the digital asset management system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams, providing technical expertise and delivering assets on time and on budget.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design or production design.
  • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, with mandatory expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
  • Deep technical understanding of vector graphics and file formats (e.g., .AI, .SVG, .EPS) and their optimization for both screen and large-format printing.
  • A portfolio that clearly demonstrates both strong technical production skills and creative illustration capability.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills required for high-volume file management and project execution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
