What you'll do

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
  • Manage laundry duties, ensuring clothes are washed, dried, folded, and organized.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation throughout the home, using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences with enthusiasm.
  • Execute floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and polishing hard surfaces to perfection.
  • Utilize janitorial experience to uphold cleanliness in various areas of the home.
  • Assist with cooking as needed, preparing simple meals that meet client specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations and client satisfaction.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred.

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
  • Previous experience in hotels or similar environments is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
