About The Department
In an industry defined by rapid transformation, shifting consumer preferences/behaviors, and technological innovation, PVH is committed to becoming more consumer-centric and data-driven. The Business Intelligence Consumer and Market Insights Team plays a critical role in supporting this transformation by translating data into insights that inform go-to-market strategies and business growth opportunities.
Members of the BI - Consumer and Market Insights Team will advance thought leadership and organizational capability across our brands as well as help identify the business- and brand-building opportunities that will enable and fuel our continued growth.
About The Role
The Manager, Market Insights is responsible for supporting the execution of competitive research and market intelligence initiatives. Reporting to the Sr. Director of BI - Consumer Ecom and Market Insights, this role will manage select projects, collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, and contribute to key insights that drive brand and business strategy. The Manager will assist in developing research materials, managing external vendors, analyzing data, and presenting actionable insights in a clear and compelling way.
This individual will be expected to be a thought leader and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners, acting as a trusted source in making strategic connections between broad-based trends and marketplace opportunities.
The Manager consistently ensures that work from the team is delivered on time, of high quality, and grounded in clear, actionable insights and recommendations. Beyond execution, this role partners with their superiors to play a key part in continuously improving tools and methodologies. This individual leads by example, showing a strong hands-on and collaborative approach to supporting the business and their team in delivering high-impact work. They are collaborative, proactive, and responsive to the evolving needs of a fast-paced and stakeholder-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of insights
- Deliver impactful presentations and tailor insights and next steps to diverse leadership levels and audiences
Assist in data cleaning, analysis, and synthesis, transforming raw data into clear and actionable insights
Manage team capacity by prioritizing incoming requests and aligning projects to strategic objectives.
Be able determine automations and efficiencies were needed
Strong ability to analyze and synthesize disparate information from multiple data sources into a holistic story with strategic implications and recommendations.
Execute and manage cross departmental projects.
This includes collaborating with the Consumer Insights (sentiment) team to ensure consistent and clear messaging.
Support the development of seasonal strategy decks, brand tracking studies, product testing, and shopper journey research
This includes weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, as well as ad hoc requests
Manage and leverage multiple data sources to connect dots and develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry environment as well as internal/external factors that influence the business. This includes keeping a pulse on the evolution of the industry.
- Leverage syndicated data tracking resources (e.g., NielsenIQ, Circana, Euromonitor, Edited, AlphaSense, WGSN, etc.) to analyze trends and identify whitespace opportunities. This also includes maintaining and developing relationships with the vendors.
- Help maintain and improve the team's research toolkit and best practices
- Present research findings to cross-functional partners in a clear, concise manner
- Build positive working relationships across brand, marketing, product, and digital teams
- Contribute to vendor evaluations and manage project-level budgets in collaboration with senior leadership
- Support team onboarding and peer learning initiatives to build broader research capabilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of analysts and insights professionals to deliver high-quality, data-driven market analysis.
- May oversee junior team members or interns on a project basis

What You'll Bring
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and analytics tools
- Excellent project management skills; detail-oriented and organized
- Strong communication & presentation skills; able to simplify complex findings into actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel; experience with tools like Qualtrics, SPSS, or Tableau/Power BI a plus
- Self-motivated, curious, and results-driven
- Client-service mindset with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Strong leadership: Has the ability to align key/critical talent around priorities, troubleshoot issues, and keep a high performing team performing, motivated and growing
- Strong ability to synthesize insights content across market and consumer research to formulate strategic plans
- Strong understanding of diverse research methodologies and how they can be applied to generate value
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to discuss complex information in an easy-to-understand manner
- Ability to partner effectively within a complex organization
- Easily adaptable to changing situations and demonstrates flexibility in juggling priorities
- Strong analytical abilities, demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Team player; ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and team members in a proactive manner
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in consumer research, analytics, or market insights
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Market Research, Business, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
Supervisory Responsibility
- 2+ direct reports
Pay Range:$101,300---$137,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
