The Bellevue Club Fitness Department is looking for 2 qualified Strength & Conditioning Instructors to be trained to teach Technogym SkillX classes in our brand-new boutique style performance studio. Class programs are pre-designed and focused on 4 pillars: Power, Speed, Agility, and Stamina.

The successful candidate should have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Must possess a current Group Exercise or Personal Training certification.
  • Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification.
  • Strong ability to coach, motivate, and lead participants in an energizing group setting.
  • Plan and teach the provided pre-designed workouts to our members.
  • Must be able to provide modifications and modify intensity for all fitness levels.
  • Ensure safety of participants regarding proper form, exercise technique, and heart rate training.
  • Ability to create a high-energy, and positive environment.
  • Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing to connect with members and create a strong community.
  • Continuously monitor the exercise intensity throughout the duration of the class.
  • Must be well-versed in basic anatomy, kinesiology, contraindicated exercises, and exercise modifications & progressions for a variety of populations.
  • Must be eager to learn and continue professional development and education.
