We're looking for an upbeat, positive, motivated, self starter to help be an extension of our Doctors/Registered Nurse in our busy and thriving medical, chiropractic and wellness office providing therapeutic alternative treatments/modalities.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist provider with procedures and in IV therapy room; phlebotomy skills are required.
  • Proficient in lab processing
  • Proficient at taking Vital Signs including manual blood pressure
  • Manages duties that are within scope of practice
  • Scheduling patient appointments when needed
  • Discharge patients from room with instructions
  • Ensure patient flow is speedy and organized
  • Clean patient exam rooms and IV therapy room between patients
  • Inventory supplies, replenish supplies when received
  • Assist in maintaining equipment
  • Good phone communication skills
  • Assists provider with examinations, procedures, treatments, interventions when needed.
  • Always be willing to give a hand to another team member
  • Managing supply ordering and inventory
