Junior Solutions Analyst (Intern)

Overview:

Nidaan Systems, Inc. is seeking a junior Solutions Analyst Intern (Full time) to join our team in
Milpitas, CA

location (

with the potential of converting to full time for deserving candidates

). The role is a mix of client-facing consultative work and behind the scenes platform design, configuration, data analysis, and data manipulation. Please note, we are not working with outside recruiters for this position.

Job Summary:

·
Understanding business requirements for software development projects

·
Helping translate business requirements into technical solutions

·
Assisting business analysts and developers by creating high-level software development focused tasks

·
Identifying dependencies for development tasks

·
Providing high level estimates for development tasks, and

·
Assisting development teams by understanding the technical scope of work

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements from clients, conduct fit-gap analyses, and develop tailored solution designs.
  • Design and customize ETL processes and integration solutions, ensuring system integrity and performance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to develop, test, and implement technology solutions, participating in risk management and delivery activities.
  • Provide training and support to clients during implementation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on solution strategies.
  • Document processes and solutions through workflows and flowcharts.
  • Integrate third-party applications to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Qualifications

·
Bachelor's degree (minimum)

or
Master's degree (preferred)

in Business Information Systems or Business Administration.
Applicants must have already graduated; current students are not eligible.

·
Knowledge of SQL and RESTful API usage and familiarity with XML and JSON

·
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript

·
Ability to apply analytical problem-solving methods to projects and issues

·
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

·
Ability to work well in a team environment by accepting and offering constructive feedback, supporting team goals, and encouraging other team members

·
Strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership over your work

·
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Visio
