Puente Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a high-volume, fast-growing automotive dealership seeking experienced Automotive Sales Associates to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are goal-oriented, motivated, and experienced in auto sales, customer relationship building, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in, phone, and internet customers
  • Conduct needs assessments and present suitable vehicle options
  • Provide knowledgeable vehicle demonstrations and feature presentations
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including financing and trade-ins
  • Maintain product knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and incentives
  • Perform follow-up via CRM tools to convert leads into sales
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Automotive Sales experience required
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude
  • Highly motivated with strong work ethic
  • Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
