Are you a strategic financial leader ready to make an impact? Our client—a top-tier distribution company with decades of success across New England—seeks a Corporate Controller
to oversee multi-location accounting operations, drive financial reporting excellence, and lead process improvements.

Onsite -South of Boston - No Remote or Hybrid availability.

Base Comp is up to 200K

Must be a local applicant

CPA Required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance
  • Manage internal/external audits and ensure GAAP compliance
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Design and implement internal controls and risk assessments
  • Drive ERP upgrades, systems integration, and automation
  • Supervise accounting staff and foster cross-functional collaboration


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; CPA and/or Master's preferred
  • 10+ years in accounting/finance, with 5+ in a senior leadership role
  • Industry experience in distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing
  • Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP experience (e.g., Eclipse, Dynamics, NetSuite)
  • Advanced Excel skills
