Your Role at

Forming part of the wider People Excellence team, 's Talent Development Partner plays an important role in conceptualizing and implementing hybrid, globalized training programs. Reporting to the Head of Talent Development, the incumbent will ensure the effective implementation and management of live training programs, concentrating on (but not limited to) leadership and management development, tool and process upskilling, and professional development. 

In addition to live training responsibilities, the successful candidate will work with the Talent Development team to design, develop, and publish supporting e-learning materials, ensuring global alignment and accessibility. 

Working with both internal and external stakeholders, this role provides an excellent opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and make a difference to the growth and success of all employees. 

What You'll Do:

  • Work collaboratively with business leaders, managers and the wider People Excellence team to assess internal learning and development needs.
  • The ability to manage end-to-end program delivery - Design, develop, and implement comprehensive people development training programs, concentrating on hybrid and live learning modalities, based on stakeholder needs and expectations, through to communication, logistics, and evaluation of the programme. 
  • Assist in the creation and be comfortable in the delivery of engaging and effective learning content for different global audiences and levels of seniority, ranging from Individual contributors through to Senior Leaders. Ensure global consistency and local relevance.
  • Partner with internal and external partners to customize and implement learning solutions.
  • Utilize our Learning Management System, PXA to publish content and schedule live events. 
  • Develop and deliver a live learning program in collaboration with internal enablement functions and subject matter experts. 
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of people development training programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Provide individualized coaching and mentoring sessions to managers and employees to support their professional growth and development, including newly hired employees. 
  • Establish metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI; analyse data to inform continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in a similar people development, leadership development, or training position.
  • The ability to implement live and hybrid learning programs from conception to completion while creating compelling learning materials for both junior and senior audiences.
  • Strong technical acumen allowing for the utilization of digital authoring tools, webinar platforms, learning management systems, and the Google suite. 
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences, as well as strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptable, highly organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for learning, innovation, and staying current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to evolve the company's talent development strategy.
  • The ability to build scalable learning pathways for critical roles and capabilities.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
  • Proven experience designing and facilitating Management and professional development programs.
  • The ability to analyse data thoroughly to inform learning needs and learning interventions. 

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
