Total Compensation Package includes Base + Commissions + Bonus Opportunities = $50, $70, per year

Salary Range: $50, $70,000.00 per year

Requirements

We seek individuals with an outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others. Ideal candidates:

  • Have an Alaska Property & Casualty license (Don't have one yet, If you're coachable and ready to learn, we'll support your licensing journey)
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage high call volumes.
  • Demonstrate dependability and reliability, arriving on time and ready to contribute.
  • Are coachable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Are detail-oriented and able to follow proven agency processes.
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with policy-related inquiries, payments, and coverage recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and in-person interactions.
  • Cross-selling products and services to our existing customers
  • Support the sales team by making outbound calls to offer additional services and schedule appointments.
  • Handle multiple computer systems simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Foster long-term client relationships by identifying coverage gaps and offering tailored solutions.
