Our team is expanding as we prepare to move into a brand-new, state-of-the-art office in Melville this winter. We're looking for motivated and competitive Inside Sales Representatives who want to build a career, not just a job.
Who You AreAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CapFront, you'll be on the front lines of our sales process - reaching out to business owners, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for successful funding conversations. This is an excellent entry point into a career in finance and sales, with strong earning potential and clear growth paths.
What You'll Do- Make outbound calls to small business owners to identify financing needs
- Educate clients on CapFront's funding programs and services
- Qualify leads and set appointments for senior Account Executives
- Manage and update leads in the CRM with accuracy
- Collaborate with the sales and management teams to achieve daily and monthly goals
- Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm in a high-energy environment
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Motivated by goals, competition, and personal success
- Prior sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be able to commute to our Long Island office (Mineola / Melville area)

Compensation:
- Base Salary: Starting at $40,000-$50,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 – $120,000 (based on performance; uncapped commission structure)
