Requirements/Job Duties:

· Operate tube bending machines to shape metal tubes, rods, and bars to specified configurations.

· Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.

· Perform tube flaring, deburring, trimming, and forming operations on a variety of metal materials.

· Set up tube bending machines and related tools for production runs.

· Adjust machine settings to accommodate different tube sizes and materials.

· Inspect finished components for conformance to dimensional and quality standards.

· Make necessary corrections to maintain accuracy and meet production tolerances.

· Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

· Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure safe operation.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience operating and setting up tube bending machines preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and metric measurements.
  • Solid math skills, including the ability to work with the metric system.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.

1st shift, Hours: 40 hours with possible overtime

Full time, No Less than 40 hours per week, 1st Shift 6 am – 4:30 pm
