Your work environment includes:

  • Delivering concierge level of care with sensitivity, discretion, and warmth in a modern office setting
  • Supporting the surgeon during minor in-office procedures
  • Performing suture and drain removal, and capturing high-quality before/after photos
  • Taking vital signs and maintaining detailed, accurate medical records
  • Preparing rooms and instruments, maintaining sterility, and ensuring every touchpoint meets luxury standards
  • Educating patients with pre- and post-operative instructions
  • Managing phone communications and ensuring prompt, professional responses
  • Clinical setting for consults, preops, post-ops, and injectables.
  • Documenting health history, medications, allergies, family, and social history
  • Taking phone messages and responding as directed by the surgeon
  • Providing pre-operative instructions and education to patients
  • Cleaning and stocking exam rooms with necessary supplies, sterilizing instruments, and ordering clinical supplies as necessary

Qualifications and experience:

  • Certified Medical Assistant
  • Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing) preferred
  • 2 years' experience in a surgical office, preferred
  • Training in plastic surgery a plus
  • Impeccable appearance and grooming
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to the team is required

The practice offers a salary commensurate with your background and skills. We do reference and background checks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
