Overview

Family is seeking two highly responsible full-time housekeepers.  The role would be maintaining several properties at different times in the Los Angeles area. The schedule will include working in a shift-style schedule of 9am-5:30pm and 11am-7:30pm five days per week, with rotating weekend days. The schedule is shared with another housekeeping team member.  The family strives for a work-life balance, so the candidates will always have two days off. The candidate needs to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic household environment in Los Angeles with multiple properties. The family is looking to hire immediately.  

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily and deep cleaning of all household areas, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standard
  • Manage laundry and wardrobe care, including steaming, pressing, handwashing, and organization of closets/wardrobes
  • Restock and organize household supplies, keeping inventories up to date
  • Support special projects, events, and last-minute requests as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding household and principal matters
  • Follow household protocols and cleaning checklists; anticipate needs proactively
  • Ability to service multiple properties in the Los Angeles area
  • Adapt to changing schedules
  • Maintaining the highest level of detail and care across luxury residences
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeepers and household staff, ensuring consistency and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Must be legal to work in the US
  • Team-player, adaptable, positive attitude, no ego
  • Strong knowledge of fine garment care and luxury finishes
  • Highly flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Ability to travel to different properties as needed
  • Must be reliable, trustworthy, kind, discreet, and passionate about animal welfare
Salary and Benefits
