We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Electrician to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings. The ideal candidate must be willing and able to travel frequently and work on out-of-town projects for extended periods.

KIRILA FIRE is dedicated to serving the fire training community. We design, construct, erect and maintain live fire structures. We also provide ongoing service and maintenance to fire training facilities for the United States Military, Civil Aviation and Municipal Markets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, including motors, control panels, PLCs, and wiring.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
  • Collaborate with other trades and contractors on job sites.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED; completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
  • Valid electrician license or certification (as required by state or local jurisdiction).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial electrical work.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and stay on-site for out-of-town projects (travel expenses covered).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with PLC programming and automation systems.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
  • Experience in manufacturing, processing plants, or heavy industrial environments.
