Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Verify orders for accuracy and ensure a high-quality experience for each customer.

Food & Beverage Preparation:

  • Learn and master the preparation of espresso beverages, including coffee, lattes, and other specialty drinks.
  • Learn and prepare fresh salads from our menu.
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of beverages and food items meet company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment during food and drink preparation.

Additional Duties:

  • Stay focused and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including cleaning equipment and workstations.
  • Assist with stocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Adhere to company uniform policy and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere, assisting colleagues when needed.

Job Requirements & Skills:

  • Positive, upbeat attitude and passion for customer service.
  • Ability to learn and master new skills quickly (including espresso and salad menu).
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
  • Experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
