We're currently seeking an Assistant Buyer : to support our Merchandising team in a hybrid role: (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). This position is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills and experience in retail or manufacturing: who thrives on collaboration, adapts quickly to shifting priorities, and brings a proactive, can-do attitude to everything they do.

What You'll Do:

Assist the Merchandising team with daily operational tasks.

Support the supplier onboarding process to ensure seamless integration.

Input new products into our database and prepare them for market launch, following established procedures.

Maintain accurate product records, including pricing, availability, channel restrictions, and specifications.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of samples, sales collateral, and product updates.

Review and support product copy and pricing for print, email marketing, and promotional assets to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Assist with promotional setup, communication, and post-campaign performance reviews.

Review and reconcile item attributes and pricing discrepancies.

Resolve escalated product issues from customer service, operations, sales, purchasing, and supply chain teams.

Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships to foster effective partnerships.

What We're Looking For::

Associate's degree required

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)

Experience in retail or manufacturing environment

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work with a sense of urgency

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Work Schedule::

Hybrid schedule:: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote each week

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
