The Opportunity

Use your expertise in solutions engineering to drive the next growth stage at Adobe. This position will be an individual contributor on the team focused on implementing technology solutions that drive business and customer growth. This role will use Adobe's Digital Experience suite of products/services, including large-scale data infrastructure, machine learning models, and a powerful personalization platform that delivers new capabilities for both Creative and Document cloud. As part of the solutions engineering team, you will have significant responsibility for individual project solutions and influence the onboarding and activation of teams on Adobe's data platform. The ideal candidate will have an ability to partner with product and growth teams to design solutions that last the test of time.

What you will do

· Deliver large-scale growth engineering projects many of which are implementations of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions

· Translate business and marketing requirements into technical requirements and customized solutions

· Assist with discovery sessions with partner teams to understand their key business and technical needs

· Conceptualize new approaches to solutions for innovative use cases within mobile and web customer journeys to drive acquisition / upsell / cross-sell / retention business outcomes

· Represent Creative Cloud feedback on platform capabilities that will inform the engineering roadmap

· Develop and maintain solution design repository and reference materials for easier onboarding of new teams and to scale impact of team

· Share standard processes and reference implementations with product engineering teams

What you will need

· 5+ years of experience in technical/ business consulting, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Solutions like Real Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Product Analytics and AEM

· Experience in business and technical requirements documentation and ability to drive clarity and alignment.

· Proven track record to design, architect, and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.

· Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing as the situation demands to guide partners in thinking through all aspects of the ask

· Strong background in leading large web-based systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposure

· Excellent communication/collaboration skills when it comes to leading and inspiring solutions engineers and partners

Technical Requirements

Certification (any type) in at least one of the following:

· Adobe Analytics

· Adobe Target

· Adobe Audience Manager

· Adobe Experience Platform

· Adobe Journey Optimizer

History in designing and implement customer data platforms and experience with: orchestration/offer decisioning tools, tag management systems and data collection, visitor identification methods, etc. Able to explain the differences between online and offline data collections methods (along with data storage and manipulation techniques), differences between DMP, DSP and CDP solutions, data ingestion methods and customer identity graphs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $133,900 -- $242,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
