Magnum Piering, Inc located in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor. This position is a hands-on leadership position supporting our manufacturing operation by overseeing our maintenance operations, troubleshooting repairs, and performing preventative maintenance on our equipment.

Essential Functions

  • Manages all maintenance and custodial staff, including training, coaching, and discipling.
  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
  • Perform and oversee all repair and installation of production machines and facility equipment.
  • Oversee building and ground maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, landscaping, and cleaning.
  • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of HVAC system.
  • Trouble shoot and work with tech support on advanced repairs of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic hydraulic, robotic, and automation systems.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs by planning with departmental supervisors, to ensure all manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Oversee the expansion of company's equipment and installation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Highly organized with the understanding of time management, ability to prioritize, and meeting deadlines.
  • 2+ year supervisor experience.
  • Experience in planning maintenance operations.
  • Electrical experience with 480-volt 3 phase.
  • Knowledge of overhead crane and forklift operation and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of MIG welding.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be have a high degree of attention required to prevent injury to others, promote safe work environment.
