Responsibilities of the Role:
As a Bilingual (English-Spanish) Patient Advocate, you will be entrusted with ensuring that patients seeking dental treatment comprehend their options and receive top-notch care.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must exude confidence, possess emotional intelligence, credibility, high integrity, and an excellent work ethic.
Key Competencies:
This role demands a highly motivated individual with robust communication skills to educate patients on dental options and possess effective closing skills to schedule consultation appointments.
Key Duties:
- Manage a follow-up process by reaching out to potential patients who have expressed interest.
- Identify where patients are in their decision-making process.
- Follow up on patients who may have delayed scheduling appointments for consultations.
- In office work only - position is not remote
Essential Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with patients, doctors, and other team members.
- Self-starter mentality with accountability and a strong motivation to surpass targets for financial rewards (manage KPIs).
- Maintain professionalism and poise consistently, even in high-pressure situations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
