This plumber position earns a competitive salary of $85,000 to $100,000+ annually, plus bonuses and commissions. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING SERVICE MANAGER

As a Residential Plumbing Service Manager, you are a leader on our team. Using your years of experience, you supervise our field service team of technicians and apprentices when they go out on a job. You delegate tasks and manage productivity, ensuring that the project is completed efficiently and that our labor and resources are appropriately allocated. Conscious of the big picture, you monitor daily call averages to guarantee that our technicians are meeting productivity benchmarks.

Managing large projects, you keep track of complex schedules, deadlines, and budgetary restrictions. You communicate proactively between your team and our customers to make sure all aspects of the project are moving in the right direction. Ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service are your top priorities, and you hold your team to a high standard while also providing the support they need to be successful. Your satisfaction comes from bringing together large, challenging projects and leading a fantastic team

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING SERVICE MANAGER

• Master plumbing license
• Comfortable managing others
