Clutch is looking for a Print Production Manager/Designer with agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities

  • Execute print production materials.
  • Prepare files for print production, including PDF creation, color correction, and image optimization.
  • Ensure files meet print specifications and industry standards.
  • Create print-ready files for various print processes.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading of all print materials to identify and correct errors.
  • Review files for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Liaise with print vendors to provide accurate specifications, timelines, and project requirements.
  • Monitor print production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain a well-organized digital archive of all print production files.
  • Track project progress and deadlines.
  • Check die lines, fonts, colors, compliance.
  • Experience with POS, logos/merchandise, table tents, recipe cards, truck wraps, retail displays preferred.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Bachelor's Degree in advertising, design, or similar.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat.
  • Previous experience with print production deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of prepress and print production processes.
  • Knowledge of color management and printing standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.
  • A portfolio of relevant work that is sharable.
