Civil Superintendent

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to read blueprints effectively, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation.
• Supervise construction teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction processes effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to monitor progress and quality control.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reports on labor and material usage.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong skills in construction and project management.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and safety standards on construction sites.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
