About RP Communities
At RP Communities, we're passionate about building more than homes — we're building communities where people truly feel like they belong. Based in Chattanooga, TN, we specialize in single-family detached homes and attached townhomes, offering both move-in-ready (spec) homes and semi-custom builds designed to meet the unique needs of our buyers. Our communities blend craftsmanship, livability, and value, with a commitment to service that extends far beyond the closing table.
We're looking for enthusiastic and professional New Home Sales Consultants to join our growing team in the Chattanooga and Knoxville markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with people, understands the homebuilding process, and takes pride in helping families find their perfect home.
Key Responsibilities

Present and demonstrate model homes, community features, and available homes with enthusiasm and expertise.

Explain RP Communities' home features, design options, and construction process clearly and confidently.
Follow up diligently with all leads using CRM tools, maintaining relationships with buyers and real estate agents.
Contract & Administrative Duties
Prepare purchase agreements, change orders, and all necessary documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely closings.
Stay current on community availability, pricing, and construction timelines.
Ensure all sales processes comply with RP Communities' standards and applicable regulations.
Collaboration & Team Support
Partner closely with construction managers, design coordinators, and marketing staff to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Communicate buyer selections, change requests, and special requirements promptly to internal teams.
Provide feedback to leadership regarding customer trends, market conditions, and community performance.

Represent RP Communities at open houses, local events, and Realtor partnerships.
Maintain the model home, sales office, and community signage to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
Contribute ideas for community promotions, digital campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
