Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

The Department Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the Associate Vice President for Planning, Performance and Analytics and the Manager of Research and Analytics, ensuring smooth departmental operations by managing schedules, communications, and handling administrative functions. On behalf of the Associate Vice President, the department administrative assistant coordinates high priority projects within the department and collaborating with Research and Analytics staff and other COD staff.

Qualifications:

  • Education
  • High School graduate required.
  • Some College preferred; Associates degree in office management/office procedures highly preferred.
  • Experience
  • Two (2) years of office experience required.
  • Proven experience working with highly confidential documents required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and willingness to learn new software required.
  • Ability to work autonomously and with a team required.

  • Pleasant office. Ability to work in an open environment is required.
  • This position requires a background check and drug screen.

Hiring Range:

6 Hourly/Starting salary beginning at $20.14/hourly based on education and experience.

Anticipated Start: January 2026

Competitive starting pay is dependent on education and experience.
