What You'll Bring

  • Active
    NY
    Bar license
  • 5+ years of litigation experience
    , including:
  • Discovery strategy and execution
  • Motion practice
  • Oral advocacy and courtroom appearances
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Prior exposure to
    class actions, complex litigation, or wage & hour
    matters is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for hearings, depositions, or case work.
  • A passion for representing employees and consumers—and holding corporations accountable.
