Chicago, IL (Remote with Monthly Travel)

Duration: 6+ Months CTH | Client: Leading Financials Org in Chicago

We are urgently seeking a
Strategic Onshore Workday PSA Specialist
to join our team. If you have strong Workday PSA implementation experience, deep O2C knowledge, and the ability to drive global project delivery—this role is for you.
Local or travel-ready candidates strongly preferred.


Travel:
20% (Expenses Paid)


Contract-to-Hire Option after 4–5 Months

What We're Looking For

A Workday PSA Specialist or Architect with strong hands-on experience in
global professional services implementations
, especially in
media or advertising sectors
.

Must-Have Expertise:

Workday PSA implementation experience (global, multi-country)

Deep understanding of
Order to Cash (O2C)

Strong knowledge of PSA integrations:
Expenses, Procurement, Time & Absence, Core HR

Global delivery experience & cross-cultural collaboration

Experience with
VAT, GST
, and other global tax types

Workday
transaction tax configuration

Strong Workday reporting & dashboard creation

Experience with
Workday EIBs, data conversion, integrations

Ability to design scalable, compliant, end-to-end PSA solutions

Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.

Role Responsibilities

Lead/Support full Workday PSA lifecycle: requirements → design → configuration → testing → deployment

Build O2C-aligned processes across project mgmt, billing, invoicing, AR, revenue

Optimize PSA integration with HR, procurement, time/absence, and expenses

Build custom reports, dashboards, and automated reporting

Handle data conversion, EIB loads, and cross-system integrations

Support tax configuration (VAT, GST, transaction taxes)

Provide best practices, process flows, and knowledge transfer

Partner closely with global stakeholders

Provide hands-on configuration and thought leadership.
