Kittle's Furniture Warehouse Associate - Noblesville Distribution Center

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Noblesville Distribution Center team. This role involves picking, pulling, opening, and lining up furniture items for delivery or showroom placement. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pull furniture items for delivery and floor samples
  • Open boxed furniture, build and inspect for damage or defects
  • Line up and stage furniture for delivery, showroom setup, or customer pickup
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks
  • Rack inbound merchandise
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
  • Use of warehouse equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, hand tools, forklift and flatbed cherry picker
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse or furniture handling experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift and move heavy furniture (75+ lbs.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
