We are currently accepting applications to fill one part or full time Pastry Chef position.
Are you a talented, organized, and driven Pastry Chef with significant fine dining pastry experience, preferably with experience/specialization in Southern cooking? Want to be a part of the absolute BEST and most talented team in the East Texas restaurant scene? Do you have the desire to drive for a Michelin Star? Or a James Beard award? This is a new part/full time position that we are creating and is for rockstars ONLY This is NOT a position for anyone who does not have a significant amount of experience in high end/upscale/fine dining from scratch cooking.
We are open Tuesday-Sunday with the occasional off day cleaning/prep sessions, or special events, and actual hours/days required are based on your levels of skill, organization, and attention to detail. You will love all that there is to learn in our restaurant, farm to table, whole animal butchery and utilization, preservation, charcuterie/salumi, molecular gastronomy, sous vide, plating skills, business skills, and so much more.
