In this role, you will: 

  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, values, and practices.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress and delivery.
  • Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog.
  • Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Track and communicate team velocity, sprint progress, and other key performance metrics.
  • Foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance team productivity and delivery outcomes.
  • Promote Agile values across the organization to help improve overall adoption and maturity.

Who You Are: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification required.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to work with distributed or cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
