Pay: $ $66.50 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:

Supervises daily staff activities for Rehabilitative Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels. Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
  • Completes performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.
  • Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.
  • Performs responsibilities of underlying job. Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

    • Licensed Physical Therapist - State
  • Occupational Therapist - State Licensed
  • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-language Pathology or related program.

Required Licensure/Certification: Registration or certification in professional field if applicable. State licensure in professional field if required by law.

Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
