Job Description:
We are looking for a Release Manager to join our client's Product & Data Engineering team. This is a very cool team that works with mobile and web applications for very popular sporting events,
Day in the Life:
- Liaison with Product & Technical Directors for ongoing annual strategic forecasting of Release Management
- Facilitate agile methodologies and introduce Engineering-driven problem-solving sessions to encourage creativity & synthesis.
- Provide data-driven, procedural solutions to drive intelligence on the health of our services, deployments, and releases.
- Tactical and strategic/ad-hoc analysis across several different business units.
- Facilitate team-building events to promote Cast harmony & sense of team belonging.
- Mentor team members of all disciplines to ensure technical and delivery quality.
- Develop internal training sessions, manage, and maintain onboarding practices to enrich the skill sets of all new hires.
- Partner closely across Engineering teams to build innovative systems and improve deliverable efficiency.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with Airtable
- 3+ years of related IT experience
- Experience in mobile release management and knowledge of mobile platforms (i.e., iOS, Android, App Store, Play Store)
- Superb organization, project management skills, ability to prioritize workload, specifically when there is more work than time available.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Written very important, grammatical errors in resume will be an automatic disqualification)
- Experience in agile software development methodologies experience
