Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Dearborn, MI. The Sales Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies, lead sales teams to achieve targets, and maintain relationships with key clients. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with marketing, production, and customer service teams to drive growth and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, account management, and achieving sales targets
  • Expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to changing market trends
  • Familiarity with the food industry, particularly processed meats and halal products, is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
