Summary

J&P Site Experts is seeking a licensed Master Plumber or experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic team. This role involves the installation, repair and maintenance of plumbing systems across a variety of commercial and residential properties. Whether you're a newer Master Plumber looking to grow your career or a seasoned Journeyman ready for a stable, long-term opportunity, we welcome dedicated professionals who take pride in quality work and dependable service.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, gas piping and fixtures
  • Perform routine plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance across assigned properties
  • Respond promptly to service calls, diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues in commercial and residential settings
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete work orders, projects and emergency repairs
  • Interpret blueprints, system schematics and technical manuals
  • Ensure all work is performed to code, and complies with local and state plumbing regulations
  • Document work completed, materials used and time spent using company systems

Qualifications

  • Valid state-issued Journeyman or Master Plumber license (required)
  • A master plumber is preferred, but journeyman are encouraged to apply
  • 2+ years of plumbing experience
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety protocols and industry standards
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple job sites
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, especially when working in occupied buildings or homes
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Work Environment:

  • Work is performed in a mix of commercial facilities and residential environments
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, overhead work and use ladders or lifts when needed
  • May require travel between multiple job sites in a company vehicle
