About Kojo

It's time to build. Whether it's creating more housing, upgrading our infrastructure, or adapting to climate change, one thing is clear: the construction industry is at the center of solving our biggest problems. We're making buildings cheaper and easier to build by transforming the way commercial construction companies buy their materials. Join us.

Founded in 2018, Kojo is now one of the fastest-growing construction technology companies in the world. Construction accounts for $10 trillion in global spend annually and we can't live without its output - our roads, schools, hospitals, and offices. Despite this, there's been very little innovation over the past 70 years in how materials - which constitute up to 40% of project costs - are bought and sold. This is our opportunity.

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager, Enterprise who will serve as the operational and technical quarterback for Kojo's largest customers, guiding them through complex, multi-workstream implementations and ensuring they realize the full value of Kojo's platform.

About the Role

As the Technical Project Manager, Enterprise, you will lead the delivery of Kojo's most strategically important programs with one of our largest Enterprise contractors. This is a highly cross-functional, executive-facing role that blends technical project management, customer onboarding, solution design, and process orchestration.

You will be responsible for aligning stakeholders, driving project timelines, enabling customer adoption, supporting integration workflows, and ensuring that Kojo becomes a deeply embedded and mission-critical part of the customer's operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer success, and program leadership.

This role will include:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end Enterprise implementation program for one of Kojo's largest and most complex customers, ensuring timely delivery, high adoption, and measurable business impact.

  • Serve as the customer's primary program lead and day-to-day point of contact, ensuring exceptional clarity, communication, and coordination across all workstreams.

  • Translate complex operational requirements into actionable project plans, defining scope, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Coordinate closely with Kojo's Solutions Architect, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to orchestrate integration configuration, testing cycles, and workflow design.

  • Lead customer trainings and enablement sessions across diverse user groups, ensuring successful adoption across field, office, and purchasing teams.

  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with both operational and executive stakeholders, communicating progress, surfacing risks, and influencing alignment on decisions and priorities.

  • Ensure that program health is consistently measured and monitored, providing clear reporting on project milestones, product usage, business value, and adoption outcomes.

  • Identify obstacles proactively and drive resolution, escalating internally where needed and keeping all teams accountable to commitments.

  • Serve as the customer's advocate internally, distilling themes and opportunities into insights that shape Kojo's product roadmap and service offerings.

  • Contribute to scalable implementation playbooks, documentation, and best practices that help Kojo successfully serve future Enterprise customers.

  • This role requires approximately 25% travel for on-site customer meetings across North America.

About You

Our ideal candidate is a strategic and disciplined operator who brings both technical fluency and program leadership to complex customer engagements. You navigate ambiguity with composure, communicate with clarity, and bring order and structure to multifaceted environments.

You cultivate trust with stakeholders at every level, from project managers to executives, and are especially adept at guiding large organizations through change. You balance a deep understanding of systems and workflows with a sharp focus on business outcomes, enabling you to anticipate challenges before they arise and move initiatives forward with intention and rigor.

What you've accomplished:

  • 5+ years in Enterprise-level project management, technical onboarding, solutions consulting, or implementation roles within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.

  • A demonstrated record of leading large-scale, multi-month implementation or transformation programs involving cross-functional teams and complex workflows.

  • Familiarity with construction accounting systems (preferably experience with NetSuite), and the ability to partner closely with technical teams to support integration work.

  • Extensive experience coordinating across technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving alignment, and facilitating decisive progress.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, present, and facilitate at the executive level.

  • Bonus: exposure to APIs, integration workflows, or iPaaS tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, Workato).

What you care about:

  • Customer Obsession: You understand that what might be small things to us make a huge difference for them

  • Passion: You care intensely about Kojo's success

  • Impact: You are both fast-paced and detail oriented

  • Innovation: You seek to understand the truth behind problems and find solutions to them
