ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Provides day to day support for Physician Support reps, Referring Providers, and Sales Reps.

Schedules and reschedules patient appointments at facilities for assigned physician offices as indicated by established guidelines and protocols.

Produce and monitor daily reports to manage departmental folders and productivity.

Execute on-site training for Physician Support Coordinator(s) and Physician Support Specialist(s).

Coordinate coverage of imaging centers and referring offices that are assigned to Physician Support Specialist(s).

Coordinate daily assignments of assigned team.

Excels in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services.

Executes one on one coaching with staff in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services.

Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.

Utilizes and explains knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures. 

Utilizes knowledge of insurance plans.

Delivers daily productivity reports to staff of assigned team.

Fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Utilizes commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures. 

Ensures staff compliance with SimonMed policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Requires a high school diploma and 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:  This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.

DRESS ATTIRE:  Business Casual or scrubs dependent on department
