.ParalegalDenver, CO. Your role at YESYou will be an essential member of our company's Legal team working closely with and assisting the General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel. You will provide paralegal support in handling the company's insurance, employment, general civil litigation, fair housing matters, corporate and real estate transactions, and other legal and entity compliance matters. You will be a point of contact for the Legal department within the company, with the companies outside lawyers, and various government agencies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage litigation discovery, including coordinating document collection and production with inside and outside counselRespond to document subpoenas and information requestsConduct research on case law, regulations, and other legal issues relevant to the company's industry and operationsDraft, review, and edit legal documents including settlement agreements, releases, and basic contractsManage and organize electronic case files and legal databasesAssist with corporate entity management and compliance, including entity formation and maintenanceTo achieve success at YES:Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificateA minimum of 3 years' experience with insurance defense litigation or similar litigationExcellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization and external partiesStrong technology skills, including the ability to learn and maximize new software platforms quicklyProficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systemsStrong attention to detail, time management skillsProactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environmentSALARY RANGE: $85,000-95, % annual bonus opportunityThe YES Difference Competitive salary | Comprehensive health benefits | Life, long and short-term disability insurance | 401(k) with company match   YES I can help * YES We are a team * YES We add value * YES We build community YES Communities is an Equal Opportunity Employer
