About this role:The Lead Finance Business Partner role plays a vital part in helping the Just Eat headquarters achieve its strategic goals. That means ensuring smooth forecasting, continuous business and commercial support and adaptability to change. Business partnering and collaboration is a key ingredient.
As well as supporting the corporate stakeholders, you will work with the commercial and global finance teams to coordinate management reporting and budgeting cycles across JET countries.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:- Act as a trusted business partner for Corporate Functions management, providing strategic advice and constructive challenge to stakeholders.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for corporate functions across HQ and other segments, proactively identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
- Oversee MEC activities, management reporting, and financial analysis, ensuring clarity and insight when comparing actuals to budget.
- Support stakeholders with financial assessments, helping to shape and evaluate business and project cases.
- Provide accurate and meaningful information to decision-makers, ensuring timely insights that support well-informed choices.
- Champion continuous improvement by introducing best practices in HQ and Commercial Finance processes, including the use of AI and automation.
What will you bring to the table?
- Extensive experience in FP&A/ Finance Business Partnering, including senior stakeholder management
- Skilled in hands-on data analysis, with the ability to thoughtfully interpret and navigate large, complex datasets.
- Adaptable and resilient in dynamic environments, bringing focus and balance to international matrix organisations.
- Experienced in building meaningful business partnerships, fostering collaboration and trust across teams and functions.
- Clear and approachable communicator, confident in engaging stakeholders with empathy and authenticity.
