Responsibilities
  • Perform work listed on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
  • Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic equipment to evaluate systems and components
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, steering, brakes, A/C, and more
  • Communicate clearly with the Service Advisor regarding additional needed repairs and time estimates
  • Complete warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Deliver professional, courteous service to customers and teammates
  • Stay current with manufacturer training, bulletins, and new technologies
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of automotive service technician experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • ASE Certification required
  • Ford Certification strongly preferred
  • Previous Ford dealership experience is a plus
  • B-level diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair capabilities
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and desire to continuously improve
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
