Our team excels at delivering outstanding service and assistance to our organization, fans and community. This position will support, develop and maintain applications pertaining to the business needs of the organization. We are looking for an individual who seeks out solutions against a wide array of challenges and can adapt to an ever-changing landscape of modern frameworks and platforms.Duties/ResponsibilitiesTriage and respond to service desk ticketsTroubleshoot basic to intermediate technical issues occurring throughout the businessOther duties as assignedBasic Requirements/QualificationsPrevious customer service experience required, retail or food servicesTechnical knowledge of computer hardware and software for Windows and macOS preferredPrevious Service Desk or IT Support experience in person or call center a plusPrevious computer technology training or schooling, i.e. CompTIA or Cisco Certifications a plusCurrent student with a graduation date of December 2025/January 2026 OR within one year post graduationGraduated from undergrad or graduate school, with no more than a 2-year gap between undergraduate graduation and the start of graduate schoolMust be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 5-month program from March to August 2026Unrestricted authorization to work in the United StatesPassionate about working for a professional sports teamProactive and out of the box thinkingThis program consists of 80% in-department work, 15% cross-functional project experience, and 5% additional programming. Fellows collaborate on real business projects in small cross-functional groups while gaining hands-on, department-specific experience under a dedicated manager.
